  • Monday-Thursday (day) ($400 food + bev min, $400 deposit)
  • Thursday (night) – Sunday Lunch or Dinner ($2000 food + bev min, 50% deposit) 
  • The customer agrees to a room deposit of $400 (Monday – Thursday Day) or 50% (Thursday Night – Sunday). Deposits will be applied towards the costs of Food and Beverages the day of the event.
  • If food and beverage purchases total out to less than the deposit, a service fee will be applied in the needed amount to equal the deposit. No partial refunds issued on deposits.
  • A 20% gratuity and tax (8.988%) will then be added to the total bill.
