Located on the iconic Delmar Loop in University City, we've been serving award-winning BBQ to St. Louis since 2014. Find us by our yellow awning, the irresistible smell of slow-smoked BBQ wafting down the street, or just look for Chuck Berry's statue, we're right next door.
This is where Salt + Smoke was born. Where Tom and Haley first proved that great BBQ brings people together. Where the oak-smoked brisket, cherry wood St. Louis-style ribs, pulled pork, and white cheddar cracker mac became the stuff of St. Louis legend.
As our most famous location, we do sell out of our award-winning BBQ quickly. We smoke everything fresh daily and when it's gone, it's gone. Come in early or join our waitlist to make sure you don't miss out.
