Oh, hey! Welcome to Salt + Smoke South County, award-winning BBQ finally in SoCo!
Located at 4130 Rusty Rd in South County, St. Louis, we’re bringing the same oak-smoked brisket, cherry wood St. Louis-style ribs, smoked wings, pulled pork, and homemade sides, all smoked fresh daily right here in South County.
Follow your nose: the smell of slow-smoked BBQ wafting through the air will lead you right to us. Come in for lunch or dinner, enjoy a drink or two from our large bourbon and beer selection, and let us treat your meat right.
We do get busy, so be sure to join our waitlist (opens in a new tab) or reserve a table (opens in a new tab) so you don’t miss out on your favorite meats and sides.
Every Monday through Friday from 3–6pm, join us for Happy Hour with discounted food and drink specials plus our exclusive Happy Hour BBQ quesadilla.
