Is my room booked when I submit the form?
Not yet. The form is a request. Your room is booked once our events team confirms availability and your deposit is in.
How much is the deposit?
For The Upper Tier and The Chicken Coop in St. Charles, room deposits start at $750. For The Rib Room and The T-Rav Room in South County, a $300 room deposit holds your date. Either way, your deposit is applied to your food and drinks. The Patio at Ballpark Village takes a deposit of 50% of the estimated total. A 20% gratuity and sales tax are added to the final bill.
Which room is right for my group?
The Patio at Ballpark Village holds up to 200 guests standing or 130 seated. The Upper Tier holds up to 75, The Chicken Coop and The Rib Room each hold up to 50, and The T-Rav Room holds up to 40. Not sure? Check “Not sure yet” on the form and we’ll help you choose.
Can I decorate the room?
Yes. Bring centerpieces and flameless candles to make the space yours.
