CHICKEN COOP

• Available Monday – Sunday (Lunch & Dinner)
• Full Private Space: up to 50 people – $1,000 F&B minimum
• Semi-private shared space: up to 30 people – $750 F&B minimum
• The customer agrees to a room deposit of $1,000 or $750 depending on the choice of fully- or semi-private.
• Deposits will be applied toward the costs of Food and Beverages on the day of the event.
• If food and beverage purchases total out to less than the required minimum, a service fee will be applied in the needed amount to equal the minimum.
• No partial refunds are issued on deposits.
• A 20% gratuity and sales tax (9.95%) will then be added to the total bill.
