Oh, hey! Welcome to Salt + Smoke St. Charles, your home for award-winning BBQ on historic Old Main Street.

Set along the cobblestone streets of downtown St. Charles, you'll find us by our yellow awnings and the delicious smell of slow-smoked BBQ wafting through the air. We're talking oak-smoked brisket that's been going since before sunrise, cherry wood St. Louis-style ribs, smoked wings, pulled pork, and all the homemade sides your heart desires. All smoked and made fresh daily.

Our St. Charles patio is one of the best seats on Old Main Street (we're definitely not biased), and on a summer evening there's truly nowhere better to be with a cold drink, great BBQ, and your besties.

Every Monday through Friday from 3–6pm, join us for Happy Hour with discounted food and drink specials plus our exclusive Happy Hour BBQ quesadilla.

We do get busy, so be sure to join our waitlist before you head our way. Street parking is available on the cobblestone streets and several large parking lots line the river nearby.
