The T-Rav Room is Salt + Smoke's welcoming private event space in South County, perfect for groups up to 50. This South County room rental works beautifully for intimate gatherings, birthday celebrations, small team events, and family dinners where everyone wants real barbecue done right.
Book it any day of the week and dig into our catering menu loaded with slow-smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and wings. Pair your proteins with sweet pepper potato salad, green bean and tomato salad, creamed corn, and all the BBQ staples your guests are craving.
You'll get 30 minutes of early access to set up and decorate the space. Bring centerpieces and flameless candles to make it feel like yours. Your deposit goes straight to your food and drinks, with a 20% gratuity and tax added at the end.

- Monday - Sunday ($300 food + bev min)
Terms + Conditions
- The customer agrees to a room deposit of $300.
- Deposits will be applied toward the costs of Food and Beverages on the day of the event.
- If food and beverage purchases total out to less than the deposit, a service fee will be applied in the needed amount to equal the deposit. No partial refunds are issued on deposits.
- A 20% gratuity + tax will then be added to the total bill.
