Oh, hey! We finally made it to the other side of the river.

And Illinois, we are so happy to be here. Welcome to Salt + Smoke Edwardsville, located inside the historic old fire station right in the heart of downtown Edwardsville on North Main Street. Find us by our yellow awnings and the irresistible smell of slow-smoked BBQ wafting through downtown.

We’re bringing the same award-winning BBQ that has made Salt + Smoke a St. Louis institution right here to Edwardsville: oak-smoked brisket, cherry wood St. Louis-style ribs, smoked wings, pulled pork, and all the mac ’n’ cheese your lil’ heart desires. All smoked fresh daily, right here in Edwardsville, IL.

Every Monday through Friday from 3–6pm, join us for Happy Hour with discounted food and drink specials plus our exclusive Happy Hour BBQ quesadilla.
