Looking for a private event space in South County? The Rib Room at Salt + Smoke accommodates up to 50 guests and is the perfect South County room rental for birthday parties, corporate gatherings, family celebrations, rehearsal dinners, and any occasion that deserves award-winning BBQ.
Available Monday through Sunday, the Rib Room offers flexible booking for your special event. Choose from our full catering menu featuring our signature slow-smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, wings, and all the classic sides: pit beans with smoked bacon, white cheddar cracker mac, coleslaw, and more.
Bring in centerpieces and flameless candles to personalize the room. Your deposit goes directly toward your food and beverage order, and a 20% gratuity plus tax will be added to your final bill.

- Monday - Sunday ($1500 food + bev min)
Terms + Conditions
- The customer agrees to a room deposit of $1500.
- Deposits will be applied toward the costs of Food and Beverages on the day of the event.
- If food and beverage purchases total out to less than the deposit, a service fee will be applied in the needed amount to equal the deposit. No partial refunds are issued on deposits.
- A 20% gratuity + tax will then be added to the total bill.
