With room for up to 100 guests, this is the perfect Ellisville room rental for larger corporate events, wedding rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, holiday parties, and any gathering that deserves serious BBQ.
The Bourbon Room is available Monday through Thursday during the day and Thursday night through Sunday. Load up on our full catering menu: smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and wings alongside pit beans with smoked bacon, white cheddar cracker mac, coleslaw, and more.
This Ellisville event space gives you one hour of early access for decorating and setup. Bring your own centerpieces and flameless candles to make the room your own. Your deposit applies directly to your order, with a 20% gratuity and tax added to your final bill.

- The customer agrees to a room deposit of $500 (Monday - Thursday Day) or $1500 (Thursday Night - Sunday).
- Deposits will be applied toward the costs of Food and Beverages on the day of the event.
- If food and beverage purchases total out to less than the deposit, a service fee will be applied in the needed amount to equal the deposit. No partial refunds are issued on deposits.
- A 20% gratuity and tax (8.988%) will then be added to the total bill.
